Terms of Service

By commissioning me, the artist MrsArtism, you the commissioner agree to these terms:

I WILL DRAW:

• Fanart

• Original characters

• Furries

• Real people

• Shipping

• NSFW (18+ only)

I WILL NOT DRAW:

• Underage characters in “mature” situations (sexual or violent)

• Real people in "mature" situations (sexual or violent)

• Real people shipping

PRICING, PAYMENT PROCESS AND REFUNDS

> Prices are bound to change depending on skill level, workload and time.

> NSFW works add a total of 50% of the original commission price. (e.g. for a full body, priced at $95, the total will be $142.50 if you want it to be NSFW)

​

> All payments will be through Paypal. If you're a citizen in Sweden with a Swedish bank account, other means of payment can be discussed.

​

> After I've accepted the commission and you've agreed to the quote, I will send you a Paypal Invoice to your email. At least 50% of the total amount has to be paid before I begin working on the commission. The invoice must be paid in full before the final artwork is delivered.

> Refunds are not available for the sketch commissions(Traditional Sketch and Coloured Digital Sketch). For the other illustrations, a 50% refund of the commission total is available until you've approved of the sketch. Once you've approved the sketch, no refunds are offered.

> If I, the artist, cannot finish the work, you, the client, will receive a copy of the work that has been done as well as a refund for the work that has not been done. (If the art is 50% finished, you will receive this and a refund for the missing 50%).

DELIVERY OF WORK

> The time it takes me to deliver your work depends on the type and when I start it. For now, the estimated times are these:

• Sketches -> 5 days

• Lineart -> 10 days

• Flats -> 14 days

• Rendered -> 21 days

> If you need the commission by a certain date that falls before these time frames, a rush fee will be applied(amount to be discussed via e-mail before start of commission).

> The finished piece will be available for download either through a link to Google Drive(default), or sent via e-mail, whichever you prefer.

> Traditional sketches and linearts will be scanned and edited, then available as a digital file as stated in the point above. In no way will a physical copy be sent via mail.

ARTWORK PROCESS

> You, the commissioner, will receive updates during each stage of the commission(depending on the type of commission):

1. Thumbnails

2. Sketch

3. Lineart

4. Colours/rendering

(NOTE: Sketches are done without thumbnailing, and therefore you will receive the finished product without updates.)

> I, the artist, often use references. If there’s a specific pose you’d like for me to draw, please provide a reference. If not, I will make three thumbnails and you’ll have to choose one of those three to move forward with.

> References for original characters are mandatory. I will not start any work without a satisfactory reference(visual or very detailed written).

> Small revisions(e.g. adding an earring) are accepted during the whole process, but major changes(e.g. changing the pose) are only allowed during the sketching phase. (OBS! If I, the artist, happen to make a major mistake - it will of course be fixed)

RIGHTS AND USES

> I, the artist, will seek permission to post the finished piece on social media and to include it in my online portfolio.

> You, the commissioner, are allowed to post the artwork on your social media IF you a) do not remove the signature and b) give me credit. You can link my Carrd.co, website, or any of my social media accounts that are relevant.

> You, the commissioner, are allowed to make avatars, banners, etc. from the artwork for private use.

> You, the commissioner, are NOT allowed to turn the artwork into NFTs, use it with/to train AI, or use it for malicious purposes.

> At this point in time, I do not offer commercial licenses.
